I am with insurance industry since 2007.Worked as an captive agent with fartune 100 company.This book has a language a agent can use in his daily practices,Also this tells you situations to handle IN WRITING BIGGER CASES.Great Book,"EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS WRITTEN IN 1999 BUT THIS COULD BE A GOLD,A TREASSURE FOR NEW AGENTS FOR YEARS TO COME".GOOD LUCK.Read full review...
