Odd design but works well
This style of mouse is not easy to get used to... old habits die hard... but this mouse design has greatly reduced my carpal tunnel symptoms.

Great for the wrist!
It takes some time to get used to the position of the hand, but my arm and wrist are pain free! With this mouse I personally find it hard to be as accurate with the pointer as with a conventional mouse but I have only been using it for a few weeks. The comfort is worthit.Read full review...

Literally thumbs up when using this mouse.
I purchased the Evoluent mouse for work. I realized I was twisting my wrist from discomfort from a traditional mouse, fidgeting to find a more comfortable way of supporting my wrist as I moved the mouse. I saw that my coworker had one and decided to give it a try.
It does take getting use to but it is a quick transition. The mouse is also slightly heavier to move around than a traditional mouse. Still those two factors does not out weight the comfort that this mouse provides.Read full review...
Comfortable, ergonomic.
Great if you want to avoid carpal tunnel. Takes a bit of getting used to, but so far the most comfortable handshake mouse I've tried.

Much to be Desired
Because this is still not 100% vertical, it doesn't help as it should!
