Have other SaladMaster pots and pans, and the vintage skillet with egg poacher does a great job poaching eggs without the egg white water mess. I have owned this elec. skillet for a long time and decided I could use TWO! I love it because it maintains heat and good to fry chicken. I also use it to cook my roasts.
