It arrived on time and looked good. Although it said it was fully charged and ready to go, I put it on a trickle charge overnight just to be sure. Fitted the battery the day after and the bike started straight away. Bike has started first time ever since. Well worth it.Read full review...

Batteries keep there Cranking Capacity when its real cold
We have been having trouble with Out Solar Gate Batteries. By the time of 3 days of Overcast condition and the 4th Morning 1 of the 2 batteries or both would deplete them self's quite a Lot. I started to put it down to exceptionally cold Weather as to the cause. In searching for better batteries I discovered these. So far They have been in service now for 10 days and have kept there charge through this cold Spell. As I have to go in and out sometimes at 2 and 3 o'clock in the morning. The solar has no chance of charging. As well as regular in and outs the on average day the gate will be in use about 8 times a day. Its a big metal Swing gate 4.5metres requiring a Constant 24 volts charged by a 200kw solar cell. They are packaged in a plastic Box and the batteries are surrounded by 10mill silver insulation.
10 days in and they have responded and worked all the time.
