Poor quality control

Was unable to get through the setup training instructions as a first time Apple user. On the front case was a very old 2" sticker that was stuck to the cover and would not peel off without leaving the glue still attached to the cover. Very bad quality control.Read full review...

I could not move cursor without a mouse, that waa not supplied with laptop. Luckily I had one, if I didn't it would have been useless. If there is a button to use to control cursor without a mouse, I would not know where to find it. Not owners manual or instructions on how to use. Everyone doesnt know how to use computers.
