This was recommended to me by one of my aged care clients. Even though it says it's for dogs & horses, she uses it on her shoulders. I decided to give it a try for a painful slightly arthritic knee. I find it works well for about half an hour so I rub it on my knee at bedtime so I'm not in pain trying to get to sleep. The smell is not overpowering either & I like the camphor smell anyway.
