The waste or chest strap needs to be made bigger as at full stretch it only barely clipped together on me (I'm a large man). The back of neck area should have neoprene sewn in to prevent chafing and discomfort.
It should also jave a dedicated spot for a whistle and sos high intensity strobe light.
