My new Renogy Solar Panel was supplied with a Renderer Controler which initially operated OK but when I left the Controller operating for 24 Hours the Controller Screen was Blank and the Controller has never again worked as the Screen remains Blank
I am a Professional Engineer with 50 years of experience
The Controller was installed accordingly to Renogy's Instructions
As yet no reply from Renogyo to supply me with a replacement Controller
My new 80w Renogy Solar Panel does not work without a reliable Controller
From memory the Controller cost me about $50+
I am happy to have this statement Sworn before a Justice of the Peace

not fit for purpose
The controller cuts out when the solar panel produces to much voltage, when it is supposed to continue charging but regulate the voltage. As a result the batteries can never be fully charged. It is rubbish. I am now looking for a proper regulator and will throw this one in the garbage.Read full review...
