1996 Nissan Hardbody Truck. Fits perfectly.

1996 Nissan Hardbody Truck. Fits perfectly. Be prepared: it's a real pain to put on (no fault of the product). Get it lined up and pull up on the brake pedal to press it against the contact to firmly seat it. Make sure and put it on the correct side.Read full review...

Too expensive, but they definitely work (97 240sx).

I'm sure the quality is good and they'll hold up for a long time, but the price is insane for such tiny pieces of material. If I felt up for it, I would've tried making one of the other cheaper versions fit. I needed both of these for my 97 240sx and they were definitely a direct fit. The wide end goes on the side where it would contact the cruise and brake buttons. I pushed the pedal down, slid the small end on top of the hole, then pulled the pedal back up hard enough so they would squished and popped in. No more brake lights staying on!Read full review...

Perfect fit at a great price..easier install instructions below.

Delivered fast but installing it using web directions was a major problem. Wasn't space enough under dash to reach up & in & force washer's neck into the metal bracket hole with finger tips for BOTH holes, particularly the one used to interrupt the ASC (Auto Speed Ctl) when brake was tapped because it was over the top of steering column.
Wound up installing by pushing a bent nail tied to a piece of thread thru 1 of the 2 holes using a big mirror & bright headlamp to locate holes. Thread was attached to a 20ga wire which was attached to the neck of a piece of saran wrap double-wrapped around the washer with a rigid piece of plastic on top of washer while brake pedal pushed down by a 2x4 braced between brake pedal & seat. After washer was pulled gingerly into place & verified with mirror, release of brake pedal pushed washer's neck into the hole. Pumped the pedal a few times to insure it was in solidly & then removed the hard plastic & saran wrap by reaching up & gingerly twisting the plastic with fingertips.

Excellent Replacement for deteriorated original

This "stopper" worked perfectly to replace the deteriorated original on my brake pedal. The stopper pushes the brake light switch to "off". Fairly easy replacement once I searched internet. Simply push brake pedal down as far as you can by wedging a pipe or dowel or wooden stick between seat and pedal. With one hand, push the brake light switch in. With the other hand, slide the stopper into place (it will seat itself in the hole on the brake pedal). Once in place, pull the brake pedal back into "off" position. The button on the stopper will pop right into the hole on the pedal. A little frustrating, but only took 5 minutes.Read full review...

1995 Nissan Pickup/Hardbody

Very easy to install this rubber brake stopper. Fit perfectly in the hole. Took less than a minute to install. Just push the brake pedal down with left hand and rest it on the hole with right hand. Once its pressed against the brake light button, just pull on the break pedal and it will pop into the hole.

Shipping was fast!

Rubber stops

The rubber stop(s) fit and restored function to the stop light and cruise control of my 25 year old Nissan 300 ZX convertible vehicle. Thank you.

Given that the stops are made of semi-flexible plastic and will likely disintegrate in another 25 years or less, I felt that their pricing were relatively expensive.Read full review...

Perfect fit

This brake stopper is perfect for my 2004 350z. No part stores carry it and won't pay the $15 at a dealer! Arrived on time and is the perfect fit and fixed the problem.

Works as advertised

A little expensive for a piece of plastic but it fit perfectly and does its job. Hard to get into place. If you use the brake to pop it in you'll save yourself many headaches.
