The induction cooktop heats your pan almost instantly, boils water much faster and yet is economic on power because all the power used goes into heating the food instead of the hot plate. Coupled with a digital timer you can set and forget because it will switch off automatically when the set cooking time is up. The heat controls are instant, you can set it hotter or cooler at the touch of a button. This 15AMP duo cooktop isn't compatible with all standard Australian 10AMP kitchen power outlets. No point selling this product to Australians, unless you want to use it in 15AMP caravan power outlets or industrial 15AMP outlets.
