I can do this!

I actually use this book just for the workouts, and have for years. It’s the one workout I have been able to stick with consistently. It’s amazing how well you can get into shape using this book, as long as you challenge yourself with the weight. I also haven’t injured myself using this workout, and that’s been a problem in the past. Working each muscle group just once a week means you’re the body is able to recover much better.Read full review

Easy to Incorporate Into Even Busy Schedules

I like Jorge Cruise's perspectives on diet and exercise. This book presents a whole fitness program, but the part I used the most were the 6 weeks of daily weight bearing exercises. He targets all muscle groups and breaks the 6- days-a-week workout into doable (8 minute) chunks. It doesn't take long to feel more tone in your arms, legs, and core.
