i7 cpu Ivy core xmp ram boost for Over clockers this board scored higher 3dmark scores then My z77 sabortooth did i belive because of the 2 16x epci crossfire bonous i see no cons about fitament or any other .PBC seems solid enough recomend it for a gaming pc or just genral use no problem with win 7 or 10 Works great Fast, good quality motherboard!

No drivers included, not all USB ports working, and 8GB RAM included instead of 16GB

This is a great motherboard, it's just been such a hassle for me to get working.

Right off the bat, make sure you know how to reset the CMOS with a very conveniently placed button on the back panel. That was the easiest way for me to get my computer to start again, after it started fine without doing that the first two or three times I started it (though I did have to wait about 5 minutes each time before it would turn on). This is most likely due to having a dead CR2032 battery, which I've ordered new ones since they are very cheap.

This item shipped without any driver CD or back panel cover, so that's a little disappointing but fine I guess. The default network driver might not always work properly as I read, but after a few restarts it did eventually work. Otherwise, this is a very nice board for a very nice price, and some nice extras as well (though I was only sent 8GB of RAM instead of the advertised 16GB).

EDIT: two of the four USB 3.0 ports simply don't work, so unfortunately this board is not fully functional as advertised. Though that is minor, it's worth noting. Maybe if I didn't have to spend so long getting it to work I wouldn't mind as much, but this board having USB 3.0 is the main reason I ordered it, so I'm a bit peeved about those ports not working. If I was redoing my build a year ago I would still buy this motherboard.

I have had this motherboard for a year now without any problems. The only thing to note is the optical port doesn't have supported drivers to work because Asrock didn't buy the licence. Other than that this motherboard was one of the most advised motherboards to buy for the Z77 chipset and I now see why. It was built to last and has a lot of functionality in Asrock software and hardware compliance. This motherboard also has a low DOA rate from the factory while you often see a good 15% of DOA in reviews for other z77 motherboards, but that comes with all bare electronics.Read full review...
