I bought this one to replace my old one that had been run over by a car twice. It is nearly the same as the old one that is more than 10 years old . I bought this on after trying a Motorola and something else. This AT&T is the easiest to use as any I have seen. has one page instruction sheet unlike the others I wasted money on with 75 pages of instructions This AT&T dose the job I want. It has easy review of callers and easy removal of unwanted numbers. Suites me just right and was the least expensive of any other I looked at or tried. Had trouble with it on 3rd day. one battery was dead on arrival but I thought it just needed charged. Junk, The phones has a lot of sizzling noise on the line, sometimes so much that I can not hear the other person talking. After checking some other info reports I find that this model has a lot of problems I would not recommend this phone at all. It is headed to the trash. I just wasted 4 days and forty bucks. I bought this for my mother and she loves it. After seeing it I'll be getting one also. This is an awesome phone has many features, the numbers light up, large readout to see who's calling, but the phone tells you who's calling before you pickup the phone with digital voice, speaker phone, volume control,address book,call waiting,lights up when calls come in and many more features I didn't get to check out.
