The actual program is not on the CD, but must be downloaded onto each computer which takes quite awhile!

Downloading rather than installing from the cd and then installing any needed updates would be much more quickly without eating into the meager Data of using a phone's hot spot to get protection quickly before others start installing their own softwate and possibly viruses also.
