The pads suck and don't ever stick good enough to work effectively. Buy another brand i don't recommend this product.

Brings some relief

This inexpensive product provides some adjustable stimulation which helps my aching muscles. In the past I've used it for back muscles, but recently I've used it more on neck, shoulder, and arm. It can feel weird if you put it too close to a joint (like elbow); it does better on the more meaty fleshy parts rather than bony parts.
