Worth trying
In one sense this item stopped me snoring, because I couldn't sleep with the thing stuck up my nose! Sleep did come, Nothowever when the item fell out of my nose onto the pillow.

Too short, unlike my nose.
I have tried this product, and find it is too short for my nose, I put it in when I went to bed, and waking up in the night, for the toilet, I found it on the pillow, tried it again, same result, the tubes which fit up your nose are too short Read full review...

Not that good.
It sort of helped with snoring a little.
However, the filter makes it a bit more difficult to breathe in, and after rinsing the silicone bit with warm water a few times the bit starts to have a rubbery smell and feel. I guess it's something you'd have to replace very often, maybe weekly, so it's not very cost-effective.
Also, the shape of the filter doesn't allow for proper positioning of the silicone bit in the nostrils.
