Good fan light but a couple of little installation tricks you need to know about.
I bought and installed three of these fan lights.
My only complaint is the instructions don't mention that there are three nylon fittings to be installed on the plate so that the lamp cover can be installed on a bayonet style setup.
Furthermore they don't explain that the swirl style light fitting is held in place by 6 small magnets that hold it to the plate, as is the transformer for the lights.
Once I worked that out it was a simple fitting.
The light is clear and bright, the fan is quiet and works well. The fan is reversible.
All in all a good unit for the price.

Retractable fan - Not to Australian Standard
Installation sheet is not to Australian standards (it quotes 110v) and the wiring is wrong.
It does not have an earth and there is a trickle feed of power creating the light to still glow after remote is turned off which can only be stopped by switching the isolater at the wall which also defeats having a remote.

Unsuited to Australiapn standards.
These are not suitable for Australia. Our electrician has advised that these should be returned to the supplier immediately as they do not meet Australian standards.
