Purchased as backup following bushfire outages. Arrived in 2 days, added oil (not included), added fuel and it started first pull. Have tested on workshop items like angle grinder and lights. Works well from my limited used. Have started 3 times, each time very easy, compared to lawn mower even. Amazing value

Amazing value , bought for standby power , ran it for a full day after unboxing did what it was supposed to no problem , found it a little heavy to move so I modified it by attaching castor wheels on one end of the frame , starts on second pull every time , all up I am very happy with the unit and will post another review in 12 months to let prospective buyers how it holds up.
Now two years after purchase and still going strong , only problem so far was a bracket that held the muffler heat shield broke it was an easy fix , has all ready paid for its self , no regrets on this purchase.Read full review

Adventure Kings Generator Review

Had to put this generator to work for the first time last weel due to a total power blackout at my house. I had already prepped with engine oil and fuel. Have to say I am pleased with the performance of this unit. I ran lighting, tv, and house water pumps off this genny with no issues. This is why I bought this unit as a domestic power backup as I live rural. Generator is easy to start and is not too noisy. I accidently overloaded it during the course if the blackout and the overload safety feature worked fine. Unit also looks good. If you are considering purchasing one then it is my opinion that this is a good investment considering the reasonable purchase price. I would buy another if I needed to. Was pleased I could boil a kettle for a cuppa and the grandkids were comforted by having lighting and internet during the power outage which by the way lasted for 6 hours. Read full review
