Seems to work, so its great advance in asthma treatment. Needs frequent cleaning though, and the childproof lock is also adult proof. Lock could be improved for adults to make cleaning easier.

Blow hard
I was quite excited about getting this thing as I was looking forward to the promised breathing rewards I would get by using it. In fact it returned nothing for my $99 investment.
The quality is excellent but it does nothing for me.
Being an ex smoker I was expecting it to really clear my airways as advertised
I exercise a lot and ride a bicycle at least 20km 3 times a week. I’m 67 so I figured I would give this thing a try. I saw it advertised for $99 along with another brand for $20.
In hindsight the $20 one would have been a much better choice. Paying $20 for nothing is better than paying $99 for what is little more that a short conversation piece
