It Failed me

Alcatel is a well known brand and known for its quality, HOWEVER this model phone did not work for me. It has TWO SIM card slots, the first one I selected as soon as I received the phone works. I just purchased a second SIM card and the slot does not work. NOT HAPPY. Battery life is no good. Loads slowly. The "O" button is to close to the space bar which makes it a chore to write messages.
