Intersting look inside the live of one artist + her art

I like art and especially documentaries on art and the culture of it. This one delivers. Although her style of painting isn't my taste, getting to see inside Neel's life, her family and the choice she made was very enjoyable. She is one of those people who put her art first.

She who seems so unassuming, was driven to create.

Also interesting is her choice to stay in one genre. Portraiture, is a unique choice.

Alice Neel by her family.

I truly enjoyed this video. I love the work of Alice Neel and have read every book about her and her work. I still found the video very interesting.
