I read a lot and battery only lasts about 4 days, not weeks as expected. Turning pages can be haphazard, occasionally turning several pages and sometimes many. Sometimes goes forward when you try to go back. Otherwise clear and bright text. On my Kindle Fire I'm always accidentally highlighting text and this happens a lot less on my paperwhite. Slim light and robust.
This replaces my paperwhite voyage. Very happy with it. Seems more responsive touch screen. Slimmer & lighter. Only had it a couple of weeks so can't comment on battery life but good so far. Got a case for it as it is a bit slippery. Dropped it out of my locker today, landed heavily on floor, with case on, but no problem with it. Still God quality, doesn't feel any different to reading from my old one. I highly recommend this eReader.
