It really dose help with menopause and make you deal with the change of life.

Hormonal improvement

Seems to have increased sex drive, but that is not what I bought it for. Recommended to me for osteoporosis, but will not know if osteoporosis has improved until I get bone density scan done and that is 2 yearly.
