Snore no more
From a recommendation, I bought this as an affordable option to explore troubleshooting my worsening snoring habit. Straight out of the box, it’s easy to use, mould, fit and understand it’s operation. Best of all, it stopped my snoring on the first night of use and has ever since. Essentially moving my lower jaw forward slightly and without discomfort and jaw pain, this simple, cheap and effective device has thus improved my sleep (and partners) and saved expensive trips to specialist. I was also an exclusive mouth breather in my sleep and after zero success using chin straps and nose strips, have also noticed I now enjoy the health benefits of being a nose breather due to this device keeping my mouth closed as a result from the closely moulded suction effect it has on upper and lower jaw. I’ve used a few mouthpieces before. I usually feel a bit uncomfortable on night 1 or 2, which was the case with this one. But as I had hoped, it resolved thereafter.
