Elegantly simple

I was skeptical that these apple branded buds would be “worth it”, but ended up being pleasantly surprised. The connection to my iPhone is very robust, the integration into the native iPhone settings makes for very easy setup and configuration, and overall they are great to use. It’s little things like automatically pausing when you take one bud out, or the satisfying magnetic snap close of the charging case lid that really makes me love these. These are incredible. Love my AirPods. Open the lid for the first time and they automatically pair with your iPhone (make sure Bluetooth is switched on). Thereafter, every time you open the lid a cool screen pops up from the bottom of the screen showing battery life left in both the charging case and the headphones themselves. So easy. Sound quality is awesome, I can easily listen to podcasts or songs on the busy train in the daily commute. Take one earphone out and playback pauses almost straight away.
