The keyboard works flawlessly after installing new batteries in it. It was really used, meaning that the bottom was dirty, and the keyboard was a bit crooked. We use this keyboard 10 hours each day and it's perfect!

This is the BEST wireless keyboard ever! Easy to pair with computer, no hesitation when a key is pushed, no interference if another of the same keyboard is within same room. It's perfect! Wish I Had Bought One Sooner!

I bought a couple of off-brand Bluetooth keyboards that were so off-brand, I have yet to figure out who made them, even with the box in front of me!

Those keyboards would always lose connection to my Mac, sometimes resulting in my having to turn the keyboard off and back on.

This one, however, has not lost connection since I turned it on and my widget that monitors the batteries in both my Bluetooth keyboard and my Magic Trackpad still shows the batteries are at just a little below one hundred percent.

Excellent keyboard

This is an excellent keyboard. Good bluetooth range, quality ergonomics. I use rechargeable batteries with it, and turn it off whenever it isn't in use. I get four to six weeks of battery life that way, even though I use it 2-3 hours daily. Works perfect, what I was used to

Was a replacement for the original, therefore identical Apple keyboard that died. So works just fine, my hands were used to this size/layout so typing easier than with the cheap plastic one I had originally purchased as the first replacement. It Just Works!

As are all things Apple, the wireless keyboard provides form, function with the expected Apple style. The keyboard take two AA batteries which last considerably long before a replacement batteries are needed. I would leave my keyboard on 24/7 and use it at least 6 hours a day and the batteries lasted about 3 weeks. I eventually switched to rechargeable batteries due to my owning an Apple magic mouse that too, ran on batteries.

The size of the keyboard is the same as the one on the Macbook Pro. If that size works for you then you are go 2 go. There may be other, cheaper wireless keyboards on the market but to find one "that just works" seamlessly with Apple products without loosing any of the style or unmatched build quality that Apple is known for. Well, plan on looking for quite awhile. FYI, you can use this on iPhones and iPads too. I have done it on both.

I have owned these Apple keyboards new, and pre-owned over the years. They are a tiny bit pricey new but not by much. Any discount of $20 or more on a pre-owned one and you have a added bonus. Either way, these are truly great to own. Get one!Read full review...

Apple A1314 Bluetooth keyboard

Have it hooked up to an Imac quite easily and so far it has been operating flawlessly. It requires two AA batteries for its power source and from what I have seen online you will need to keep an eye on them as they all “leak” to some extent and when they do and you leave them installed you risk of having the end cap stuck on the frame and would be quite difficult to remove. To turn it on was easy - just press the end cap for a second or so and the green LED will turn on. To have the batteries last longer one should turn it off after use and that requires you to hold down the end cap for a few seconds until you see the LED blink a few times and then turn off. It is very portable and the keys feels quite nice to the touch. Would highly recommend.Read full review...
