Bad Phone

I didn't pay that much so I guess it's a, you get what you pay for situation. I'm not sure if all iPhone 4's are like this. But the GPS will not speak, and you have to manually swipe to the next step after you've completed one during navigation. Which is an absolute recipe for an accident. I expected not being able to updated to the newest software with it being a 4. But I did not expect to not be able to download very popular apps, such as Twitter. I have Verizon, and have been with them for years now. I've lived at the same residence, had multiple other phones, some being iPhones, and I've always got great reception at my house. With this device it drops almost every call that is made inside my house. I've had it for just under two months now. Within the last week it's developed two new problems. It will not connect to any devices, such as my computer. So I can add files, etc. To top it off, you also have to power it down to charge it now. Which is absolutely ridiculous, and inconvenient. Like I said, it didn't come to me with those last two issues. But it developed them in under two months.Read full review...

Good little phone

While this phone is not the best of the best it does the job. It's functional without all the glitz and glamour. I especially like that it doesn't take up half of my face while I am talking on the phone. Of course any iPhone is better than the newest Adroid device out there at the moment. The Old iPhone

Ok so the first thing to say before reading this if you want an iphone that the most up to date then this is not for you. Ok then wow ivehad many iPhones and the 4 is one of the most common though nowadays the ios is maxed out at ios 7.1.2 you are able to still download apps from the app store though not the most up to date you will download the last supported version of the app. But lets not talk crap about the 4. By far its a great phone i love it i loved it so much i own two. The phone does tend to lag a tiny bit because as of march 2017 its technically 7 years old already but overall for the current price range of $30-$60 its one of the best phones ive ever had if your looking for a phone dont want an android and want an iphone at a low price the 4 is for you ive tested it and it handles games just fine (cough cough minecraft) and has a moderate battery life (but in my home battery expectations are high but to you the buyer it will work extremely well for you)

So yeah i would recommend to you to buy this iphone it can be used for all ages its easy to use and has a fun interface the worst part about it is that the screen is very small. At 3.5" by todays standards thats small but even with that i manage to get by i use my two 4's them switch back and fourth between a 7" and 8" tablet so it wont be a problem

Bought for my daughter

Bought for my daughter, she was excited because she loves the style of the iPhone 4 phones. However after setting it up for activation we realized at that time that the phone is pretty much obsolete. The iOS is 7.1.2 and is not compatible with any apps. The phone cannot be updated (sites on the web say there's ways to jailbreak, etc., but seems complicated and possibly risky to do if you're a novice) so she didn't want it.
