Some people have told me that the phone is quiet and they cannot always hear me although the value is excellent for an iPhone. They are usually 100 USD or more. The battery life is exceptionally good at more than a day. It will do 4 me. It is a great size. For 58 dollars I could not find a better deal. I would give 5 stars if the sound was not so choppy. I bought this for my boyfriend, who has had an iPhone 4 for a couple of years now. It was acting up & not working properly anymore, so I wanted to get him a new one. I use it only as a communication device as my primary is an iPad. 16GB storage is plenty. Improve battery life by turning off a lot of background things.
