At first I was reluctant to move away from iPhone's old form factor and adopt the new Face ID. But removing the old home button and adding Face ID makes the iPhone X more fluid than any previous model. The reliability and robustness of Face ID is astounding! I use it to log into my apps, for Apple Pay, as well as unlocking the phone itself. With my glasses on or off, sun-glasses or reading glasses, Face ID successfully identifies me. The absence of the home button means your interaction with the device is easier, more intuitive, and more fluid. It only takes a few days to get used to the iPhone X changes. Avoiding my efforts to contact

Have had problems with the screen lifting at the top. Resulting in the Face ID not working anymore
Supposed to have a 12 month warranty But they fail to reply to me when I try contact them. I’ll be taking this further

I was at first struggling with gestures vs a home button. After a few days of using the device though I found it to be easy. I still struggle with it at times now - habit of 9 years of course - but I am getting used to it. Great innovation and ease of use.
