There's a lot to get used to. I've had an iPod Classic for years and this one is quite different, pleasantly so for the most part. I love the Bluetooth capability but could do without the Fitness, I'd rather have that space for other things. I do wish the memory was larger than 16G as it won't hold my complete library much less movies. My old Classic had 160G so having just 10% of what I'm used to is hard! I do love the small size and the controls are very easy to use.

I'm really loving this new Nano! I'm finding I don't really miss the extra space the old one had. The main use is listening to music while I riding my motorcycle and with the blue tooth connection to my ear buds, it's actually easier to change songs/playlists, volumes, etc. as I ride. The extra items included in this package are also very nice. The charger works perfectly, for my Samsung phone as well as the Nano. The silicone case fits perfectly and all the controls work well. I do wish the screen protector was thinner but again, it fits perfectly to the screen. I would definitely recommend this bundle to anyone.Read full review...

Apple's best Nano ever

Apple really did incredible with this one. Although all iPod Nanos are discontinued, the 7th Generation is definitely the best one they made. The touchscreen is incredible as far as responsiveness, and it's decently bright when tuned up to the max. Also, the screen quality is super amazing, something Apple seems to never forget when creating these things. I got a refurbished one about a year ago, and it's still just like new.

Music is great on it, but I wouldn't recommend putting videos on it, because watching them is like trying to watch a movie half a mile from the screen. Music videos are alright, though, as long as you don't watch them all the time.

I personally don't use it for fitness, but if I did it probably would work just fine. It comes with Nike+, but you have to buy the accessories separately for it, like the foot sensor, heart rate sensor, etc.

I'm amazed at how thin this device is. Apple said, "Our thinnest iPod ever". I believe it. It's about the same thinness as several pieces of paper, which is pretty incredible.

The UI (User Interface) is similar to iOS (for those of you who don't know what iOS is, it's the iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch software), but it's lacking in the real feel because the apps aren't like Safari, Messages, iTunes, etc. In fact, they aren't really apps, they're just part of the software. Also, the most recent version of the software is 1.1.2. Apple won't update it further, but there aren't many bugs in the software currently, so it should be pretty stable.

Overall, it's like having a mini-iPhone without the main features of a real iPhone. It sort of feels like one when you carry it around. I love love love it, even though I've had it for a long time, but it works really well. It's fast, dependable, and the battery life is ok, though Apple could have done better, but other than that, it's amazing. I fully recommend this if you can afford it.Read full review...
