I purchased this for a person who has learning disables and she loves it. In fact she carries it everywhere she goes. Although she has trouble with it initially with the functions, and because she cannot read it makes it even harder for her to learn to use, but she seems to have mastered it after two weeks of playing with it. Nice size of iPod, but battery capacity is not so good.

I was wanting a newer iPod, but don't like the size of the new ones. I thought iPod nano 7th generation would be a good fit. I also wanted something that still had new enough software to download music onto. But I didn't research if there was any problems with this generation of iPod nano's.
So I have found that my very old nano iPod sounds better and has a much better battery capacity than this newer version. I'm am quite disappointed by that. It's nice to be able to download new music and play around a bit on this iPod nano 7th generation, but that's about it.Read full review...

Lightweight and simple

This iPod is light, compact, simple to use, and does all the things an iPod needs to do. If you're looking for a music playing device that doesn't bear all the bells n whistles of apps, wifi, etc., then this is the pod for you! Battery life is impressive and charge time is speedy.

My only complaint is that this generation isn't offered in a higher GB capacity i.e. 32GB.Read full review...

I have been very happy with my ipod!

I would recommend this ipod to anyone!
It is small, which makes it very portable! It has Bluetooth. I like the large touch screen. It's very responsive!
I'd say the battery is about average on it, but I have a charger in my car, so it doesn't bother me much. It charges quickly though!

Overall great product, but I hope Apple resumes the old style in the future

I love the iPod nano and its great for running and using in my car. It does what it's supposed to and does it well. I really like the Bluetooth feature, which works well with my car and Bluetooth speakers.

My biggest complaint would be the design. I honestly think apple took a step back with the "Nano". They should have kept the square design or at least kept the clip on the back. I really would have loved to have the clip on the back and the ability to wear it as a watch. I was torn whether to buy this new one for the Bluetooth or the old one for aesthetics.

My new Nano

I am happy with my new Nano. I replaced a very old one that had died.
I was disappointed that you had put on 1057 songs of your choice. I tried to add my music but couldn't. So, I went to the internet and got the solution. In an instant I re placed your music with mine. Now I am very happy.
I like the feature in Fitness of counting my steps when I take energetic walks.
