The magic keyboard brings the the iPad Pro closer to a laptop comuter. The magic keywoard key travel is very good. The track pad works excatly as you expected. The total weight of the keyboard with the iPad is as heavy as Apple Mac laptop! If you need raw comlputering power, get an Apple Mac Pro instead. If you are just watching videos, listening to music, playing Apple Arcade, browing the web, then iPad will suit your needs. The best tablet-converting keyboard available

I finally relented, after trying loads of bluetooth alternatives, and bought Apple’s “magic” keyboard. Two things: 1) it’s too expensive and 2) it’s the best - by far. Suddenly a tablet works as well as a laptop, without losing any of its tablet-y benefits. The hinge is genuinely so mystifyingly clever as to be easily confusable with actual magic. It feels stiff yet flexes exactly when and how you need it to. You can write on the screen while they’re mated up or very easily decouple the iPad, should you need to. Here’s the kicker: it works just as well on a lap as it does on a desk, or a bed, or wherever you like. So yeah, it’s as good as it needs to be to be this expensive, but also still too expensive because seriously, you can buy whole computers (including keyboards) for less. If you’re looking for a keyboard for your iPad, go for this one. I had the Smart Keyboard for the past couple years, typing much easier on this one. The backlit keys much more easier to see. For a laptop like experience on an iPad this is the keyboard to use. Yes there are other lower priced alternatives out there and yes I've tried a few of them and they did the job, that's it. For the best experience in the Apple ecosystem Apple products really are the only way to go. Integration is flawless and you don't have to think about ti, it all just works.
