Doesn't cover the whole ipad, just the screen

I ordered this smart cover for an old ipad I wanted to protect. The cover works great but it only protects the screen and not the entire ipad. Awesome Smart Cover manufactured by apple. Might be dog leather.

The cover is nice, works like it suppose to. iPad off when cover closed, on then cover opened. The magnet that hold the cover in place is not too strong so it doesn't work as a stand too well. Cover magnet can detach when used as a stand. Price is nice.Read full review

Magnetic strap hing does not stay attached well, depending on position. Reading in bed, with it resting on it's side, will dislodge the cover easily. Prefer a full case, like Apple code red or similar. That said, it was inexpensive and shipped promptly.Read full review

Not protective enough
