Apple iPod Video 30 GB Black MP3 Player

This 30Gb iPod was an upgrade from a 2Gb Nano that I had fell in love with already. The larger capacity allows me to put all of my music library in one place. Since I am a great lover of music, my 30gb iPod is a prized possession that I carry everywhere. It is easy to use and versitle to not only listen to music, but audio books and store photos as well. I do not use the video capabilities because I do not need to view video on such a small screen. (seems kinda stupid to me) Though slightly used, it was in very good condition and the previous owner had left some 2800 songs on it. There is plenty of third party software to allow you to download these songs to iTunes or another file on your computer to save them. awsome product for the price can't beat it.

i love this product. i need to replace the battery but it is very cheap for a new battery it is like $5.oo for a new battery and you can change it yourself.but i have a car charger so i just keep it plugged in and it works fine the way it is. i like the classic style ipod with the click wheel you can find songs easily and quickly.i also own a 4th generation classi ipod which is less gb but is just as handy. i have alot of vechiles so i can bring my music with me in any vechile i drive. i have over 200 hundred songs on each of my ipods and im not using hardly any gbs i probably will never fill eaither the 4th gen which is 18.9 gb or this fifth gen which is 30gb if your a music lover like me an ipod classic 5th generation is the way to go because the 5th generation works great with windows 7or any other operating system. a 4th gen will work with xp or an older version of windows 7 or vista.Read full review...

iPod Classic

Awesome IPod in everything but
The Battery Life. Supposed to be a new battery .
It lasts about 4 hours per charge.
Not so good in that purchase.

This ipod fits perfectly with what I want for my car.

I bought this ipod classic because my car doesn't have bluetooth or usb port. Just a crappy old auxiliary input. The position of the input wasn't good either. And lucky thing the previous owner installed an ipod cable. I tried my iphone and the latest ipod. Both didn't work. So decided to get an ipod first sold when my car came out. After receiving this ipod, I started installing songs into it. It was a snap using windows to drag and drop via Itune. After that its off to the car to try it out. Voila! I have music. The size at 30GB is just amazing for such a small device. Now I can save all my favourite songs and just leave the ipod in the car. The music starts the moment I start my engine. Ipod classic 5 generation

The Apple iPod is an amazing piece of hardware in and of itself. Its size is thin and manageable, so you can take it with you wherever you go: running, class, etc. I have never run into any problems with battery life because, much like my cell phone, I charge it whenever I am home. Whether you are listening through speakers, through headphones, or in your car, the quality of music is extremely high. If you primarily use it in your home, I would recommend the charging dock, so you can play your music and charge your iPod at the same time. The ability to watch movies on the go works very well, and it has good quality so you don't use any satisfaction. perfect gadget to bring music into your life!

I bought mine used and i got it in excellent condition. easy to use i hooked it on the usb cable i bought and charged it up via itune. pretty easy to load it with your music whether your own stored or bought from itune. syncs pretty fast and you can always restore to factory condition if something flakes out on you. i use it docked on my sony music system and it really is easy to handle. i have made my own play lists, or just shuffle ...whatever i fancy! works great with my sharper image gear when i am outside. the sound is lovely and not blasting in your ear! lots of music to be stored on my 5.5! i think 7500 songs! have not tinkered around with more functions but it is a surprise package! trust me, i am a tech dud, and this is a dream!Read full review...

Apple ipod

This was purchased as a birthday gift for a granddaughter, and I only tried to check it enough to verify that it was functional, could playback, cords worked, etc. While doing this I discovered that it already had some music on it, but still had a large capacity open for more and the music that was on it I thought was pleasant to pretty good, nothing objectionable so I let it be. If my granddaughter wants to change that, she can. She was thrilled with it (couldn't get her to put it down), so I'd say grandpa's money (mine!) was very well spent.Read full review...

Gotta get one of these!!

It works great, the one I received is in very good condition, with just the 30gb, it still has a lot of hard drive space to store lots of songs. It syncs up to my older iTunes MacBook with no problems. The sound is very good for digital. Will be connecting it to my Pioneer stereo receiver as well as my earbuds.
