Works as it should

There is little to say about this product as it has one simple function which is to lower the heat of an element. I use it on my gas stove when I require a very low heat, for example, keeping mashed potatoes hot and bring milk up to the boil. Works as it should.Read full review

Prevents from high heat on gas stove. Doesn't really allow for low temperature cooking but keeps pot warm. Simmering starts after long time on the stove. Just a simple coated steel plate.
