My new beauty bible !!! :)
I borrowed a book similar to this one a few years ago from my local library, so i already knew this type of book was a very good natural beauty guide. On a whim i decided to see if i could buy my own copy online. I was glad i let my curiosity get the better of me, because 'tah dah', I am now the proud owner of this excellent book.
It has a wonderful holistic approach to beauty ,from luxurious spa treatments that you can do at home,natural beauty secrets that make you feel wonderful and pampered from head to toe, massage techniques and oils, to asian cuisine, juice drinks,tonics and infusions.
