Autel MaxiTPMS TS401 TPMS Diagnostic and Service Tool

Ok but wouldn't recommend.

This model is older and requires a software update that was a bit of a pain to load as there are 3 different instructions available and only 1 of them actually worked. I will say the customer support was OK after the 1st two attempts failed. The interface with the buttons was not to my liking either having to use right button to select settings and some of the functions could have been worded more clearly. Also there are few videos that show how to use this model compared to other models and the instruction manual leaves a little to be desired. But once you figure it out and have the updated software installed it works good and will save you money not having to pay to reprogram your sensors when changing between rim sets. If I had to buy a unit know I would either by the less expensive pad which looks very easy to use or the next level up tool for less than $20 more looks way nicer to use. Don't buy it, can no longer update

Autel quit providing updates for this model, I guess lifetime updates don't mean much to them. It will not work for my newer vehicles.

I found the sensor on my Toyota 4runner that was bad. I replaced it and had to manually program the new one because the battery was completely dead in the old one.
