Fat-Bike front mudguard...

I'm old-fashioned and tend to buy things that I expect to last. As mudguards go there didn't seem to be much on the market yet for fat-bikes but I really needed some so just decided to get these front and rear efforts from BBB and see how they went, not expecting much from them.

However, I am pleasantly surprised. I was worried that they were cheap plastic but actually they do appear to be reasonably hard-wearing yet flexible. I love the ability to just clip them on when I go mountain biking and then unclip them when I sling my bike in the back of the car so as not to worry about bending or damaging them. The clips themselves are four large plastic press-studs which appear to be strong. And now that they are on the bike they look the mutts nuts. Oh, and I should of course mention that as mudguards go they work very well.

I suppose the price could be better considering the materials they are made from, but having bought them now I can't actually recall the cost (£10?) so I'm obviously not that bothered!

At this time I would definitely recommend them. If they fall apart unreasonably early in their use I will add to this review. Til then, happy fat-biking....without mud in your face or up your arse!Read full review...

This mudguard has made a massive difference to the amount of sh17 I get in my face on wet rides on the fatty. Before I got this I needed to wear glasses and my face was covered in shizzle, but now there's hardly any evidence of a Muddy ride on my face and I don't need to wear the glasses as much.
