Surprisingly good quality.

Rotation speed is perfect for a medium size roast, not too fast, not too slow. So far I've cooked one pork and one beef roast using this motor and they both came out *perfectly*.
There is a sizable gap between the mounting plate and the motor, so I doubt very much that this product would ever suffer from overheating.
Lead length was appropriate.
Nice powder coating on the steel mounting bracket.
Light weight, almost silent.
