Easy to use. Time saver.
Easy to use, pick up lots of border collie dog hair without clogging. If I was this happy with it before buying I might have purchased a more expensive model. Saves time of vacuuming and then mopping. All in one job. I use a standard floor cleaning agent in it instead of the proprietary brand which works just as well but does not need so much and is cheaper. Good gear.Read full review...

Not impressed
Doesn't hold much in the cannister when vacuuming and ends up getting stuck in the tube leading up to the cannister therefore requiring lots of emptying otherwise it just leaves pet fur in big clumps on the floor.
The 'mop' has a tendency to leave dirty streaks after a little while. To be honest it's easier to get the old vacuum and mop and bucket out. Read full review...

The Best Machine on the Market
having big dogs living indoors has always been a trial too keep the floors clean the Bissell Crosswave Pet Multi- Surface Cleaner is the best floors cleaner I have ever used or tried. It not only cleans well but on the 1st use I took my time and did a very deep clean and it removed old stains of dog drool that would normally require a bit of a scrub by hand etc. Being able to transfer from hard floors to spot clean carpets where the dogs have drool - again totally amazing and to then seamlessly clean the tiled bathroom floors and laundry. This by far in my opinion is the ultimate in floor cleaner for pet owners. As someone with rheumatoid arthritis and osteo arthritis this is such a light weight machine and so maneuverable machine to use. Normally my husband has to do the vacuuming with our fantastic Bissell Vacuum but with the Bissell Crosswave Pet Multi-Surface Cleaner he doesnt need to anymore I actually enjoy cleaning the floors now. Overall a real asset for my cleaning arsenal.
Great item that cleans floors squeaky clean - literally! Easy to use and results immediate. Recommend though you push forward to clean edges rather than run along slide as it will wet the edge but the roller misses edges by about 20mm. I realised that after about ten minutes so went over the edges again. Also buy some of the correct cleaning solvents beforehand so you can do large areas. The small bottle wasn’t enough for my large floor area & 3 bathrooms.
I used it with a newly broken wrist and although it’s a tad heavy, it glides effortlessly so I reckon it’s good for anyone with aches & pain. Read full review...
