This Steam Shot does several tasks well, such as cleaning the hard water spots and deposits around faucets, steam-ironing drapes and curtains, and removing the soap scum from glass shower doors. There are other tasks that cannot do so well, such as cleaning the grout on floor tiles, the silicone sealant around bathtubs, or the grease burnt around the stove burners. Bissell products are very good and dependable; I also own a "Big Green" Vacuum & Steam cleaner Model 7700 which I have used for about 5-6 years and besides a few plastic parts that have broken, it functions very well. Awful!

Product heats up light goes off then two seconds of use lights back on for water to heat again. Steam is not continuous in fact hardly any.

A little disappointed!

Bought this product to remove the baked up natural gas residue on my gas stove burner. Was hoping it would remove the residue. It did to some point but not a complete removal so I am somewhat disappointed. Will kept trying.Read full review...

Solid Steamer

I’ve only used it one day, but so far so good and it feels solidly built, plus the attachments seems to be of good quality. It cleaned all my kitchen and bathroom grout without any chemicals or hard scrubbing. Though it only holds enough water to use it for 5-10min, refilled water heats up within a couple minutes so you can continue working pretty quickly. Saved my $1000's of dollars

My little dog has passed away but during the time we had her she had several urinary accidents. I am now wanting to put my house up for sale and thought I had to replace the carpet. It’s easy to use but after it heats up you have steam for about a minute and it needs to reheat. It’s not continuous steam.

This is an amazingly good product.....have mainly used for cleaning a stainless steel stove top and range hood.....cuts the grease like mad.......also good for grout lines in bath....toilets....works great.....easy to use...comes with many brushes....just add water...give it a few minutes to get hot and pull the trigger. I have gotten the cost back out of this thing in a week....work every cent. This NOT a vacuum cleaner but a steam cleaner. I have no idea why they would call it a vacuum....it shoots out steam. Have to refill this about every 15 minutes but you can clean a lot in that time period...time to refill and go again is only 5 minutes..Read full review...
