Not as good as the original

Bad Boy II is great but Not as good as the original

I loved Bad Boys and I was so pumped up for this movie, it kinda let me down though. I think they spent too much time and money on special effects and far too much time writing corny vulgar jokes. That's not to say that I didn't love this movie... because I did, I just felt they tried too hard and left out a lot of the originality that Bad Boys had.

Lawrence and Smith are great again, the action scenes are spectacular, and the special effects are second to none. It's a great movie, but I liked the first one a lot more.

Bad Boys II (DVD, 2003)

This is one seriously funny movie. The story is not totally believable, and the car chases are straight out of a Janes Bond movie or The Transporter, but the action and dialogue are great. The South Florida motif, the sports cars, fast boats, and the real shoot-'em-up kinds of action was absolutely enjoyable. Martin Lawrence and Will Smith play off each other as well as any comedy team that I have ever watched. If you like to laugh, you need to buy this movie. It is hilarious!Read full review...

Excellent Action-comedy movie! love it!

Will Smith and Martin lawrence make a great pair. They are older, but funnier. I want to see more movies like this. Action packed but funny. I'm not talking about those Jackie Chans kind of movies, those are just silly and annoying. Bad Boys 2 has something to it that I loved. This is one of my favorites movies of all time, and it's gotta be good considering I didn't like the first Bad Boys, but I truly love this one.
