Best tape measure there is !!!

I think this is an excellent tape measure and my new purchase of one replaces my worn out one of the same tape measure which must be over 10 years old with a lot of use !! It not only feels great to handle, but i particularly like the feature of pulling the tape out and it stays there unlike other tapes !! then release it to retract it ... it has both metric and imperial on BOTH sides of the tape and has a magnetic end !!
