Amazing value for money! A few standard features on many mowers are missing on this one, but its overcome by smart design...eg no throttle (pre-set to a good value), no halfway catcher flap option (fixed with a drill hole and bungee) and no level adjust (set this by adjusting the wheels position). It cuts well, started easy and above all, its incredible value for money! For a small yard or piece-meal mowing, its a no-brainer! VERY HAPPY!Read full review...

Low power and low height so only suitable for short grass. Once you cut it down and rake it, it works well.
Very low revving so light on fuel.
Drawback only works with expensive no ethanol fuel.

Lightwieght making it easy t use
Bought as a gift for my Son who is very pleased with it. We did need to make small adjustment to allow for easy starting. (Out of the box it took a number of pulls but after a small adjustment to carby it will now start on a couple of easy pulls!) Disappointed Buyer/Now Happy.
This lawn mower is hard to start,it has no throttle and the governor response is poor and this lawn mower is definately not a 5 horse power,i would rate it as a 3 to 3.5 HP.The one piece blade is dear $42 plus postage and the on off switch symbols are around the wrong way. The good points are it is light and has a long handle which makes it easy to mow around trees on the fence line.I am disappointed in this mower and i would recommend to buy a 16 inch mower with a briggs and stratton motor.Regards John. I was contacted by Edisons who were concerned about my problem so i gave the lawn mower a complete service and a going over.I found that the air filter was saturated in engine oil.i cleaned the air filter and the mower performs perfectly now.I think it must have been transported upside down and the residual oil in the sump must have ran through the inlet valve into the air filter.Thank you Edisons for your concern about your product.John.Ps.
