Good looking speaker, good quality, but little power.
The Beats Pill+ is a well designed product made by Apple, but the sound is not worth $229. Luckily I got this $100 off. And maybe I was expecting more in comparison to the older Beats Pill XL, at the end of the day this speaker doesn't make the cut. This speaker is great for in the bathroom or on the go in hotel rooms and such. The sound quality is very nice and it's loud enough to jam out to but not something that's going to be disturbing to others in adjacent rooms. It's not boom box loud but it's get's the job done for good quality listening, louder than the speakers on an Iphone but not louder than the standard boom box or computer speaker. Sort of in between. I would definitely recommend this for those who would like to watch the news on an Ipad or listen to music in the bathroom while getting ready for work, or for someone who travels and wants to do the same in hotel rooms, or just on the go in a park.
