The descriptions of the towns were so vivid that you could easily picture yourself there. Directions will be easy to find the spots. Rachael also elaborates on some upgrades to more expensive restaurants for "special occasions". As an extra bonus recipes are also included for all her meals that she ate. Lots of interesting facts about her visits to the towns. Interesting adventures for her and her crew with lots of pictures. Best Eats-----Best Recipes!

I picked this book up as a gift and after browsing through it I decided it needed to stay with me! To my surprise, I just received another copy and this one is going on Ebay to some lucky buyer! There isn't one recipe that doesn't sound or taste mouth-watering and the clincher for me was the Sweet Potato Cheesecake! I love the candid pictures and the stories that go with the recipes. I bought this book because I love here personality... And it comes out in all her books... and her recipies...

Watch here on the FOOD CHANNEL... She is awesome. If it's not $40.00 a day, or 30 minute meals... or any other program she is on... she is very down to earth... no ghimmicks... no.. BING BANG BOOM... Just Good Fun Food!

This book is great to get you motivated to eat like a king on a commoners budget!

Travel and cookbook

This book is excellent! It shows you wear to eat on a budget while travelling, while giving good travel tips. It also shares recipes from some of the restaurants. There are none of Rachael's signature 30 minute meals, f that's what you're expecting. I will be taking this book with me when I travel.Read full review...

GREAT!

I bought it as a gift for my boss, who is taking a road trip, and is from a different country. I thought it would help. NOW I WANT ONE too!! I love it! It even has recipes in it from the restruants.
