Inexpensive, Universal and Functional
I have mine mounted on a soft sided Inflatable Top Ring Pool.. yet the kit also contains mounts for hard sided pools as well. The mounts have plenty of adjustment range to suit any style pool so I believe anyone would find a way to use this skimmer. Also included in the kit are Hose attachment Adapters where this can be adapted to fit the large or smaller Bulkhead ports.. I'm using the Screw-On Adapter that replaces a Bulkhead Screen and does not disturb the original Bulkhead fittings.. perfect!!
As others have noted.. if you have Two pump Pick-ups... you might have to restrict the other one in order to bring more suction power to the Skimmer Line (Hose).. easy to do with the little Black Hat covers that came with the filter pump.
Overall the Skimmer makes a huge difference keeping the pool clean, as it collects the floaters before they sink to the bottom. It's not a 100% solution.. you still need to brush and vacuum occasionally.

broke the first day

This is prob one of the best if not the best simple pool cleaning kits I have ever purchased. The price you pay for what you get is amazing. My package was delivered much earlier than expected. This is an excellent unit, the only issue I encountered was the lack of suction which was eliminated by blocking one of the two intake hoses. This put all of the intake suction through the skimmer and has almost completely eliminated the issue of using a hand skimmer to keep the top of the pool clean. Absolutely awesome skimmer for pools with no skimmer... so easy to install and start working... keeps those pesky bugs leaves and pinestraw from floating and sinking all over the pool floor... No its not indestructable but use a little common sense and it works great... kids cant climb on it... yes, you have to tell them and you know it... I put mine right beside the ladder and that seems to keep it protected and I love the way it works... well worth the money and wish I would have gotten one last year instead of cleaning leaves and pinestraw out every day... I'm very happy with this product. I kind of wondered for the price if it was any good but is more than good it's great. It will automatically adjust itself to the water height. I plugged one intake and put the hose in the other intake suction is great. We have these little no-see-um bugs get all over the pool in this cleans it right up.
