I love it, am going through a bad time with Sciatica, this is why I bought it, and it’s so nice and thin with no bulges that puts pressure on the lower back, lessens the pain somewhat .. I also like that it has 3 heat settings that are so easy to control and that it switches itself off after hour and a half so one can fall asleep with it still on. This is absolutely fantastic. I suffer with debilitating chronic back pain, and today is getting on for an 8/10 on the pain scale. My Beurer water bottle heat pad arrived today and I couldn't be more grateful. I've been using a standard hot water for the last 2 years and it's really uncomfortable to lay on.
