Disappointing
I am struggling to programme this new remote for my relative who has Dementia.
Despite following the instructions enclosed, it is not as simple as they make out.
I am not sure if there is a comptability issue with the old remote control.
Very disappointed with this product.

Did not work in my case.
3 of the 7 buttons did not work initially, and after a minute of testing, none of them did. While the controller appeared to 'learn' functions, it was then unable to execute any of them. Used a TCL TV & Controller for testing. Followed Instruction Manual to the letter.
