New form same BOLD

hi all

The 9700 also known as bold bold execelente 2 is a product but still have the same problems of his predecessors as loss of signal, the cut of the call and the lack of original battery capacity.

It is an ideal device for people who want to:
1. talk to a network of friends blackberry no cost. (you need a data plan)
2. Send messages quickly from your inbox.
3. So agile Send photos and short videos of useful information through blakcberry Messeger.
4. Short Sailing Site.

For no good.
1. download applications as easy and agile as it is for the iphone.
2. Applications great for people with capidad of use that has the iphone.
3. Lack of visual space by the size of the display.

In general it is a product for people who work and need neceitan all in your hands this is the choice.

good luck

Very good product

Blackberry is a great brand and always does what it's asked of. Has several network options so that reception stays good everywhere, 3.2mp camera, standard 624MHz processor (which is fast enough for these non-touch phones), and lots of options as far as applications. They are very technical phones, lots of control and options, so they aren't for everyone, however those that do use them, love them if they can fully utilize them. Battery life is TERRIBLE, however there are a LOT of options as far as extending battery life, they also make a 2250 mAh battery as opposed to the stock 1500 mAh, which will last longer than you would ever need it to. I myself bought a 1750 mAh batetry with a mini battery charger so I will always have one ready to go and the other charging. Full qwerty keypad great for texting. They aren't meant to be "fun" phones, but you have over 1000 games you can choose from, not cheesy ones either, there's even a full version of the first Zelda game out there for it, and a full version of Final Fantasy 1. I enjoy the Bold series, I would choose it over a Curve any day, and most all other phones. Best non-touch screen phone, period.Read full review...

BlackBerry's Bold Statement (9700)

The Bold 9700 is a terrific smart-phone by all accounts. The easy to use and intuitive functionality exemplify the features that BB users have come to love. The 9700 however, has finally broken through with the "pad" that replaces the ever-so fickle "roller ball". It's simply brilliant! Top marks to the developers her for finally getting it right on the money!

I could wax on poetically about how much I love the BB's generally since being converted from rebelling against the anti social stigma I personally attributed to them in the early days - until work insisted I have one. Now I have a work one and a me one.

The one thing that does bother me is the production of different models that are unique to individual carriers in the case of the 9700 it's AT&T. I actually like the Storm line, except for the Verizon exclusivity and the fact that it's unusable with gloves on!!! The storm feels robust unlike the 8900's and the 9700's that seem to have traded sturdy feel for lightweight and slim (feel a bit flimsy for a grown man to be using and tend to wear rather quickly it seems.

While I think the 9700 is the best of the new versions, I do wish RIM would make them for us, the consumers and not for the carriers we seem eternally bound too.

Great Phone

This phone is awesome. Its got an average quality camera but compensates with the good resolution screen. The keyboard is nice to type with although it does get frustrating at times it is very good.r>
It has 3G and WiFi, so whereever you are there is some way of getting internet as well as having good velocity.

Unfortunate is the fact that the app store for it does not compare at all to the iTunes app store and some of them are quite expensive.

Overall BBM, Email and Browsing was a pleasurable experience which is why I am happy with the product!Read full review...

The best !!

The team is more compact and lighter than many other members of his family, measuring 10.8 cm long, 6 wide and 1.4 wide. Have a display of 2.44 "and a resolution of 480 × 360. As you can see in this comparison with my team (a humble but massive Blackberry 8320, with subsequent shared architecture team) will see that the keys are closer together than in previous versions. For me, I have big hands, it was a problem for two reasons:

The keys were too close together (notably more than teams like 8900) it was time to write much as my finger tightened much more than I used before.
The feedback of the keys changed. In earlier versions, click the button marked a much more pronounced compared to now, where the collapse is much more superficial and less comfortable for extended typing.

Behind and the naked, it's much cleaner than previous versions, with much clearer what goes where, particularly the memory card, which now can be exchanged without removing the battery.

Forced into new phone; this 1easing separation anxiety from familiar iPaq

I bought this because I had to. My other phone, an HP iPaq, was so old that AT&T decided to no longer support it on their towers! I prefer a physical keyboard, and I don't use the internet on my phone...it's just for business stuff. It is narrower than my iPaq, so the keyboard took a little getting used to, but it is also lighter in weight, and a regular battery lasts a good while before needing a charge, even when using Bluetooth. I'm still learning the apps, but overall it does what I need it to do.Read full review...

awesome pruduct, worth every single panny

This phone is wonderful. The screen is very clear and crisp, like it is in HD. Pictures and videos are also really clear. It is nice that the phone has a flash as well at auto focus. The keyboard is a bit small since this phone is a shrunken model of the old bold. If you have stubby fingers I would not recommend this phone. The trackpad is much easier to use and more responsive than the trackball on the other blackberry phones. Music playback is average. The speaker is somewhat loud, sadly there is only one speaker and it is located on the back. The browser is not particularly fast; average load time is about 15-30 second. There were times when I had to wait over a minute for the browser to load. Battery, I charge my phone about every to every other night. I use the phone a lot during the day so I am not too sure if it is good or bad. I'm sure that the battery can last mush longer if I used it less. The alarm function is a bit odd. There are two way to access it, through the clock icon or in calendar. In the clock you have the choice of on, off, or weekday. In calender you can set an alarm on a specific day and have the option of daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. The 9700 comes with a 2gb micro sd card from att. I also find it easy to use. I just wish that the 9700 came with more internal memory like the iphone and not just 256mb.Read full review...

Great phone, but RIM needs to make a HUGE improvement on the next phone.

Great phone, huge improvement over BB 9000, great keyboard to write emails, but some of the features lacking are

1) Lack of application space... I can't have more than half a dozen apps before it freezes.

2) Lack of storage space... After 2000-3000 emails, phone starts freezing up.

3) The fact that #1 and #2 can't be stored on the 2 GB mini SD card.

For the next phone, RIM needs to really make a huge improvement over the 9700 otherwise its marketshare will continue to slide.
